This organisation has a strong community focus and a commitment to service excellence. An exciting organisation wide transformation project is underway, requiring additional investment to deliver change and enhance the capability of its people. We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support the business to achieve their strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources and managing one HR Consultant, this role will partner with senior stakeholders within specified client groups to drive systematic organisational and people strategies that are aligned to and integrated with the business agenda. You will lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure workforce analytics are responsive to business needs, talent and skills are identified, succession plans are in place and vacancies are identified and filled. You will engage with key stakeholders and the HR Centres of Expertise to ensure effective HR programs are identified, developed and implemented.
You hold tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline with a thorough understanding of current industrial and employee relations legislation. You have extensive HR generalist experience gained in a corporate environment where you have led strategic HR initiatives at an organisational level. You will have excellent consulting and influencing skills and the ability to build credibility quickly. An understanding of organisational dynamics and the ability to think strategically will support your success in this role.
